Step 1. Insert the bottom rod into one of the holes on each side. Make sure that the end with the little hook is going in.
Step 2. Take a top rod and insert it from under, through both rods already inserted above it. Repeat this process until you have all four tiers mounted – make sure to do them evenly for the best balance.
Step 3. Hold the top rod in place on one side and insert the bottom rod into a hole on that same tier. Make sure to do this for all four tiers – alternating which rods are inserted from under, through those already put up.
Step 4. Now take your other hand and hold down as many of the rods at once as you can while you push the bottom rod up into its hole.
