The Halo Swivel Sleeper is a great couch that can be easily stored away when not in use. The thing about it is that the storage space for it takes up quite a bit of room and you may not have enough closet space to store it. Here are some tips on how to store Halo Swivel Sleeper!
Tips on Storing Halo Swivel Sleeper
Tip 01: Store it on its side. This is the most common way that people store furniture and will make sure you have enough room in your closet to do so. Just be careful not to stack anything heavy on top of it!
Tip 02: Use a bed storage bag or cover. There are specially designed covers for furniture that can be stored. They are lightweight and won’t have any fabric on the outside so you don’t risk it getting dirty or stained while in storage.
Tip 03: Place a tarp under your Halo Swivel Sleeper to protect from dust and dirt when storing. You want to keep the upholstery clean during storage since it will be sitting in your environment for a while.
Tip 04: Place the Halo Swivel Sleeper on its side and use gravity to hold it together with bungee cords or ropes as you make sure not to wrap them too tightly around the frame of the furniture. This is how people store furniture that is large but doesn’t have any other way of getting them into a tight space.
Tip 05: Even though bungee cords are not usually considered furniture straps, they can be used as one when storing your Halo Swivel Sleeper. This is how you would store it if the frame has gaps that allow for extra fabric to hang over or dangle in between which isn’t a problem when you’re using the Halo Swivel Sleeper.
Tip 06: Lay your Halo Swivel Sleeper on its side and ensure it’s balanced before wrapping some rope or bungee cords around the frame of furniture to hold it together as tightly as possible without damaging anything in the process.

How do you Take the Halo Bassinest Cover off?
The cover can be removed and washed by following the care instructions on the label.
Step 1. Remove the Halo Bassinest Cover from its frame, making sure to leave it overhanging so that all of your little one’s toes can remain covered while they sleep. – Turn both covers inside out so that you don’t have to try and match up the seams.
Step 2. Place both covers into a laundry bag or pillowcase, close them securely by tying them off with string or using clothespins so that they don’t unravel in your washing machine.
Step 3. Put them into the washer on the gentle cycle setting (without any detergent). Make sure you put the laundry bag into a large enough basin, such as the one under your washer or dryer.
Step 4. Wash on cold water and set it to “delicate.” If you have an old machine that does not have this setting then just use warm instead of hot. Allow the covers to air-dry for at least 24 hours before using.
Optionally, you can use a clothesline or towel bar to air dry the covers outside.
Before storing your cover for an extended period of time, wash it once more and then put them in a large plastic bag with some mothballs (or cedar chips). This will help keep any months away that may be looking for a home in your new, expensive bedding.
