1) When you start showing- this will be about 7 months into your pregnancy.

What is the difference between a Labour and Delivery Nurse?

What are the sessions like?
Most of our maternity photography clients come to us because they want photos that portray what pregnancy is really like, so we wear jeans and casual clothes for all of these shoots. We usually try out a few different poses during each session but always aim for comfort!
You’ll be surprised at how difficult it can be to find comfortable poses while being pregnant – especially when you have an ever-growing belly! But don’t worry; this will get easier as your due date approaches or even after the baby comes.

What are some examples of approved reasons to use FMLA?
The main reasons you can take time off work according to the law are:
– Cancer treatment including periods of recovery and restorative care.
– Recovery from a serious health condition requiring an overnight stay in a hospital or other medical facility if your employer has 50 employees located within 75 miles of the facility where you received your healthcare service, which includes most major metropolitan areas as well as many smaller cities.
– Treatment for severe conditions that affect short term memory such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Can my employer make me return from maternity leave early?
Yes, but only if the leave was for a serious health condition and it’s in your contract. There are some situations where employers can request you return from maternity leave early, such as if they need to fill an opening or if there is another employee who could take over that position while pregnant.
In this case, the employer has to be very clear about the reasons why should not perform these duties before going on FMLA-protected maternity leave.
Additionally, any other person serving in your place must have nearly identical qualifications to you (e.g., same job title). If both of these criteria aren’t met by the employer then you cannot be required to come back from leave early unless agreed upon prior with Human Resources.
