– A playpen or any other object with four upright posts
– A piece of fabric at least twice the size of the playpen

– Scissors
– Sewing machine (optional)
Step One: Cut your fabric to be twice as large as the playpen. If you are using a sewing machine, sew all four edges of the fabric together so that it forms a tube. If you are not using a sewing machine, simply fold over each edge about ½” and then use tape to secure them in place.
Step Two: Layout your fabric on a flat surface and place the playpen in the centre. Bring one corner of the fabric up to meet one of the posts and tape it to secure. Do this for all four corners until you have a tube made from your fabric that fits snuggly around each post of the playpen
Step Three: Unfold your tent so that is just a flat piece of fabric on the ground again. Take two pieces of string or yarn, about 12” long and tie them onto opposite sides (one tied to an edge at either end)
Step Four: Tie these strings through holes in the bottom bars on both ends as shown above
Step Five: Pull tight and loop back toward the centre.
How do you keep a pack n play warm?
There are a few ways to keep a pack n play warm. You can use a heating pad, place the pack n play near a heater, or put it in the sun. If you are using a heating pad, make sure to follow the safety instructions and never leave your child unattended.
