If you’re using a Seat Belt to secure your baby’s rear-facing stroller when they are under 25 lbs., it is important that you read through all instructions and guidelines for installation as well as ensure there aren’t any safety recalls on the specific model of infant carrier before buying one.

How to Install a Quinny car Seat Adapter
Place seat belt in the Quinny car seat adapter. Position the centre of the lap belt across your child’s thighs, not their stomach or chest.
Step 1. Use one hand to hold up and steady any part which is hard for you to reach with both hands-free; use your other hand (the right if you are sitting on that side) to pull the belt up and over your child’s shoulder, then wrap it under their arm so they can’t get out of it.
Step 2. Tighten the lap belt by pulling on both ends with even pressure until you feel resistance; release one end and tighten again if necessary for an extra snug fit.
Step 3. Check that your child cannot go more than two finger widths between his back or bottom and the seat (he should be sitting all the way in). If he has any more room than this, try tightening the strap a little bit more before fully securing him into place.
