How long can a co-sleeper be used?

The co-sleeping design is not recommended for children over six months, only until they can roll over and pull themselves up. However, many mothers use this as a travel bed or one that can be used during the day around the house and it’s even great for naps!

Please note that will need to attach a support bar leaving one side unattached allowing room for opening/closing door or drawers underneath the bed frame because there should always be no more than two arms down at once otherwise the weight of arms may cause bending which could lead to collapse.

This item weighs 20 pounds when assembled so removing/replacing arms may require another person’s help unless the unit has been properly anchored using provided safety straps that holds its weight.

How do you know when a baby is too big for a bassinet?

When a baby has outgrown the bassinet, you will want to proceed in moving them into a crib. If your bassinet does not come with an attachment that can be used for transitioning then it is time to move on to something bigger!

How do I transition my child from bassinet to bed?

You will make this change when they have completely outgrown their bassinet. This means that you will need to make sure both the next crib and bassinet are at the same height so they can transition safely!

How to attach a baby jogger bassinet:

Step 1. Check and make sure your stroller is compatible with the bassinet by checking for a seat adapter or compatibility information on our site.

Step 2. Next, select where you want to attach the baby jogger bassinet: front facing in, outside facing in (for tandem models), rear-facing out (for side-by-side double’s) or as an infant carseat carrier accessory. If using one of our Baby Jogger single strollers, just be sure that there are at least 12 inches between seats.

Step 3. Attach any canopy pieces if needed, then click into place! On some models like the City Mini and Summit XC, you may need to remove part of their storage baskets so they don’t interfere with mounting.

Step 4. Next, attach any infant carseat adapters if needed. Most models come with adapters included (except for the Baby Jogger City Mini). Just click them into place and ensure that they are seating snugly by wiggling or rocking your baby seat back and forth slightly.

The final step is to adjust all of the straps so it’s comfy cosy for you little one! To do this on most models just pull up/slide down in their headrests until you get a proper fit.

For some Double Strollers like our Summit XC & Edge Models, there may be additional recline levers near where your child sits which will help lock in their seats at an upright angle while still maintaining enough room under their feet for their feet and knees to be comfortable and not pressed up against the front seats.

Steps on how to transition from bassinet to crib:

Place the mattress at its lowest position and put your baby in. Ensure that there is nothing nearby they can roll into, such as pillows or toys etc.

When you’re ready to transition from bassinet to crib, use a side rail of the crib for support so it doesn’t fall out by accident. Place one hand on top of the other so both hands are underneath your baby’s arms and lift them carefully over whilst keeping an eye on what could be behind them if they start rolling off!

At what age should the baby move from bassinet to crib?

The baby should be at least a month old.

Can a baby sleep in a Baby Jogger bassinet?

Yes, just ensure that you place the mattress at its lowest position and your baby is within arms reach.

How to disinfect a baby bassinet?

Use a germ-killing disinfectant or wipes designed for baby products. Be sure to read the product label to be safe and follow all instructions on what, how, and when it should be used.

Make certain that you rinse thoroughly afterwards so there’s no residue left behind which can irritate your little one’s skin! Also, ensure that you let your bassinet completely dry before putting them in their crib again.
