Step 1. Start by folding the back seat forward.
Step 2. Next, use your hand to hold onto the bar and pull up on it while you simultaneously push down on how the side of the frame until it locks in place (this will also cause the front wheel to go into a ‘fold’ position).
Step 3. Now that both wheels are folded downward, grab one handlebar and fold this part of the stroller towards yourself so that all four wheels lay flat against each other.
Step 4. Continue pulling downwards with both hands for both handlebars to lock together at waist height. The Phil & Ted is now ready for storage or transport!

Step 1. Lift from the front of the handlebar, pushing with your body weight towards yourself. This will allow for both handlebars to unlock at waist height.
Step 2. Turn one wheel clockwise while turning another counterclockwise until all four wheels are straight outwards from each other (not facing inward). Next, continue pulling downwards on both handlebars for them to lock together again at waist height once more – the Phil & Ted is now ready for use!

Place one hand on either side of the howler’s top canopy bar and push up with your fingers to disengage the howler from the lower frame. You should feel a “pop” or another release as howler pops free.
