Follow these steps in order: unfasten all latches on each side panel; unfold your play yard along one edge when required.
Make sure baby is laying flat within the bottom area closest to where you are lying down, not up against a raised mattress platform or headboard/ footboard section align corner buckles next to the locks on the side panels.
Connect all corner buckles to corresponding slots for your baby’s play yard to be completely secure.
Once you have completed this, slide both of the mattress platforms into place and make sure they are securely locked onto each end panel before using it with your baby inside.
If either lock seems difficult to use, try lubricating them by spraying some WD 40 or similar product along their locking posts until they move freely again.
You can then wipe off any excess that may have gotten on other areas of the metal sides if need be, but do not spray directly onto plastic parts unless instructed to do so otherwise!
