Step 2. Start by wrapping it up as if it were an actual present: loop the ribbon around your stroller handle or find some other way to tie the ribbon around it securely.
Step 3. The next layer should be tulle, which you can get in a variety of colours and patterns! Wrap this loosely around the stroller handle so that it hangs down on either side like long ribbons, then pin them into place with some safety pins. (Safety first!)
Step 4. Cut some fabric into strips and tie the ribbons on top of the tulle. You can use a contrasting colour or pattern if you like, but it’s not necessary as long as both layers are pretty!
Step 5. Make sure to cover up any logos with ribbon so that they don’t show through your new wrapping job.
Step 6. If there is nothing else inside the stroller, you can use a long length of fabric and some safety pins to make it look like there is something in it. Tie one or two strips around the handle so that they are sticking out on either side.
The final step is all about how you tie off your ribbon! Keep wrapping until you reach the end of your fabric. Tie a knot (you can also use double knots) and then tie it in a bow on top for an extra special touch!
